Built a flow where in case of a new or changed calendar event mail people to be aware of these changes. This works perfectly when an event changes or is added.

However there are some ‘spontaneous’ mails. In the mail is a field which indicates if it is a new or a changed event. Sometimes mails that were sent before are sent again. There is no indication why it it is sent. There is no new or changed event and still some events in the past or future are triggering these mails.

I tried this flow in Zapier and Integromat. They also get triggered by the same events, so it seems the flow itself is not at fault.

Any ideas?

Re: Calendar

Hi @RicharddeB,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Do you add the "When an event is added, updated or deleted" trigger of Office 365 Outlook connector as the trigger of your flow?

If you add the "When an event is added, updated or deleted" trigger of Office 365 Outlook connector as the trigger of your flow, when you delete an event within your Calendar, your flow would also be fired.

You could consider take a try to add a Condition to filter if there is an event is deleted within your Calendar. If yes, do nothing, if no, send email notification to the people. I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:
The flow works successfully as below when you add or change event within your Calendar:20.JPG

When you delete a event within your Calendar, the flow works successfully as below:22.JPG

Re: Calendar

Thank you for the suggestion, but it unfortuntely makes no difference.

I just had a call with Microsoft. They will monitor the events. As the problem also occurs with Zapier and Integromat they suspect it is something on the calendar side.

I will let you know if there's a solution.
