Can Flow Pull Information from Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Hi there,

I was hoping that I could trigger a flow when our Office licenses Available count hit certain levels.  So if E1 or E3 or our Power BI Pro hits a number that we decide I could get a message in teams to say the threshold has been reached.

That is just one example of threshold based reporting that I would like to start getting pinged about in teams when we hit certain levels of available licenses.

You would need to create a flow that runs on a scheduled (eg. once a week) that returns the used and purchased licenses. You can then take action depending on the threshhold values you define.

At my work place there is a very simple flow that runs once a week and emails the admins with the license usage numbers
