Can I have an end user choose the email that gets sent to employees?

Scenario: Boss needs to review employee interactions via Microsoft Forms (30 questions) and have the answers emailed to employee and uploaded to SharePoint List (that's the easy part) Here's the catch, the employees don't need all 30 questions in an email and the emails won't be the same questions (ex. employee 1 get's questions #1-5 and employee #2 gets questions #6-10) Is it possible to have a flow built out where the Boss could choose which set of questions gets emailed out to each employee? (and still have all 30 uploaded to SP)

There isn't much available in the way of a user interface in Power Automate to let a boss do that kind of manipulation.  But you could easily build a front end in Power Apps to let the manager choose an employee from a dropdown and select a set of questions.  Then a button that calls a Flow to send the email.
