I currently have an MS form built that will schedule an appointment based on a date, start time and end time (which are selections within the form) on a shared calendar. I was wondering if there is a way for the form to do a check on the calendar and if the submitter chooses a date and time that already has an appointment on it to send a canned response back like "please try another appointment" or something to that effect. Listed below are the 3 questions within the form that create an appointment and below that is the flow that with your teams help now schedules it on a shared calendar.

Hi @jdash20
Unfortunately that's not possible (send dynamic data to Forms). The only option would be to send an email/teams notification about the conflict, or create a Power App instead of using Forms.
Hope it helps!
