Can you have a flow trigger based on a volume condition to send a message to Teams if receiving excessive emails in a shared mailbox?

I'm trying to determine if we can set up a flow that would trigger and send a message to a Teams channel if we start receiving a higher than expected volume of emails to a shared mailbox in Outlook.

Thanks!

Hi @kwirl

There is no trigger for this

However you can runa scheduled flow thats runs every x hours and checks the number of emails received within that period and accordingly sends message to Teams channel

Hi @kwirl ,

You could set Flow to run every hour, then check the number of messages received in the past hour, and if it exceeds the expected value, send the message.
