Hi @NOUROPS,

I am afraid there is no way could cancel the Approval Adaptive Card, it seems like you send the approval request via a Post an adaptive card to MS teams channel or person, the request is a message in MS Teams, there is no way to delete the message via Flow, so there is no way to do it.

If you like this feature, you could go to IDEA forum to submit your idea, collect votes to make it come true in the future:

Ok we cant delete or cancel can we change its status or prevent the approver from taking action after its canceled, Just to checking all the possibilities.

Hello Team,

The thing is once the Adaptive Card is sent out, there is nothing that can be done for now to call it back.

Adaptive card being a platform agnostic tool, once sent it stays within the context of the App where it is sent to.

So yes once it is sent, it is Sent, only the User or the Team to which the Adaptive card is sent to can take a decision to not fill it up.

The product is half baked. What a crap, I am looking for the same, we have a situation where we ask users to provide feedback, after a time length we need to cancel that feedback card, so that users cannot enter the feedback anymore. It is not possible. Who comes up with these kind of half-ass ideas at MS?

Are you also using Power Automate? You may not be able to prevent the user from putting in the feedback, but you can certainly set the flow action to time out so the information is never collected. Perhaps you can put in an action set to run after timeout to send a second card informing the user they're out of time?
