I have a flow using "First to respond". Yesterday I could search and add multiple users to the "Assigned to" field. Today, the search stops working after adding only a single email. I need to set up 9 groups with multiple uses each, so manually typing each address is not very feasible from a maintenance standpoint. The only thing I am doing differently between yesterday and today is that I had to break up a large flow into two smaller ones due to reaching the 250 action limit. I've been working with these approvals for several weeks, and suddenly I am having this issue today. I tried signing out and re-establishing a connection with my service. Any other thoughts?

Hi @Carole_R,
OK, I think it is caused by the template. You could delete the Send and wait for Approval action, then recreate a new one:

Hi @Carole_R,
You could initialize an array variable to store the Email addresses, then use the JOIN action convert the array to a string separated by ";", then put it into the Assigned to field, for example:

Thanks for the workaround. However, it would be nice to understand why the functionality seemed to suddenly change. Is this a Microsoft issue or is there some criteria have to be met to pull in multiple addresses? Currently, I am using an old template that I had saved that allows me to add multiple addresses. But if I manually try to add an action of "Create an Approval," then I cannot add the emails. This seems very odd.
