Cannot paste image in "New Message"

When I hit the button for "Insert/edit image" and the interface pops up, it only gives me a Source field that is unactionable. I cannot paste anything into that field, i cannot use it a navigate to an image. Nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this? It is severely hampering my ability to get help on this forum, but I cannot find any posts on this issue.

All I see are fields for: Source, and Dimension (verrtical and horizontal" and then a "Constrain proportions" check box. Nothing to actually help me upload an image.

Could you share more detail on this issue?

Are you working with Microsoft Flow? If so, how is the flow created?

Some images would be better for understanding.
