Hi,
Just trying to clean up a Flow that I created yesterday, but strangely after reopening the flow the 'Rename' option is greyed out for both the trigger and the first action. I can rename the other ones just fine.
I have tried several browsers so it doesn't appear to be a caching / browser specific problem.
It is not consistent, I created another flow, saved and reopened, and there I can rename the first action but not the trigger.
Is this a known issue?

Hi JRitmeijer,
This is because that those actions/triggers have an action depends on its Outputs, Once you rename it, the actions below it will get lost. Suggest that you double-confirm the name when you create a flow.
Best regards,
Mona Li

OK, that makes some sense, but that is not a long term solution for more than trivial workflows.
What is the best place to report this as a Feature request?
I know this is an old post, but it was what I found when searching, so figured I'd link the related feature requests here for anyone else interested (and to vote for them to be implemented):
