I have a flow that has been used for about 2 years. Now, it is not possible to send to external users, only internal users and guest users.
WEhen i add avalid external e-mail address i get the message, "No result" and the flow is not possible to run. It is about 1 year since tha last change was made in the flow, so somthing else must have happened. Any idea how to open for sendting mail to external users again.

You could try Initializing a string variable with the external email address in it and then passing that variable into the To: field of your email.

This issue may be caused by your SMTP address or IP address is blocked by the EOP. please let the admin go to the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) to check if your SMTP address/IP address is blocking and delist it:
1. In the EAC, navigate to protection > action center.
2. Select the Search icon and enter the SMTP address of the blocked user.
3. Click Unblock Account in the description pane.
4. Click Yes to confirm the change.
