Change text of submit button in start and wait for approval?

HI all,

I've added a simple start and wait for approval step to my SharePoint workflow.  I only want the user to be able to select one button vs. Approve/Reject.  So I select Custom Responses - Wait for one response.   Under Response options item, I enter "Review Complete".  When the email is sent to the approver, the button text is replaced with "Submit".  I found that if I add a second option, the email buttons have the right text, but if I only supply one value, it replaces whatever I enter with "submit.  Thanks in advance!  :

This is out-of-the-box Outlook integration behavior. Not sure if this meets your requirement, but you could explore using Send an email with options Action. Just a limitation that the approver can not enter comments.

Another option is to enter 2 custom outcomes.  Review Complete & Cancel.
