Hi All,
I recently moved over a couple flows over to a system account.
In so doing, everything seems fine EXCEPT approvals can no longer be done via email. If you try clicking any of the approve/reject buttons in the email it spins for a bit then simply says "an error occured. Please try again later".
No issue if i got to Flow to approve there directly, it's just bugging out in the email.
It must have something to do with the connection but i dont know how to debug this? Any ideas?

Does the service account have exchnage online license
Go and make sure the mailbox is accessible for this account
Ensure the mailbox has its timezone set
Then after some time retry running the flow again and check
