Changing Email Sender address

hi,

 

i've used a template flow to send birthday wishes to the employees of my company. it's working pretty well but the issue is that i'm the IT guy, and HR wants that the email to be sent ideally by the sharedmailbox that they use.

 

is it possible to change the sender of the email in the flow ?

Are you a member of the sharedmailbox that you mentioned?

 

If you are a member of the sharedmailbox that you mentioned, you could add a "Send an email from a shared mailbox " action in your flow to send the birthday wishes instead of ""Send an email" action.

Hi Matt,

 

It is possible by adding a new connection for the shared mailbox.

 

You can add connectors in two places.  From the top navigation bar or when creating a trigger action for Outlook in a Flow.

 

1.pngOnce the connector has been added you can select the sender address from the advance options in the 'Send an email' action.

Dear Team,

I am creating a flow which has 2 approvers when an time an item is created in a SharePoint list and I noticed the sender email is showing maccount@microsoft.com.

How can I change the Sender email ID.
