Changing the hyperlink in the options in Send Email with Options

Right now it sends me to a page where it tells you that the button's been pressed but I would like to change it to a different link. Is this possible?

Hi Marco, 

I would like the link to change after you've pressed an option on the e-mail.

The buttons redirect to pages that tell you that your response has been submitted but I would like the user to be redirected to a different page.
