Changing the start row of an excel table

Hi,

I have made a flow that adds a row to a table in an Excel file, and everything is working great.  The information is coming from a Microsoft form and everything is getting filled out correctly. 

 

The issue I am having is that I have gone into the Excel table and deleted a few rows at the end of the file but now when I run the flow the row that gets added is not at the first available blank row.  It is added to the row after what I deleted.  Is there anyway to let the flow know what row to start adding new information to, or will there just be blank rows in the spreadsheet?

Did you only delete the value in the row instead of a row?
