Check if backup list exists in SharePoint

I’m in the process of building a flow that checks existing lists in a SharePoint site, and if a new list has been created, it will create a copy of that list and append "_backup" to its name.

I struggle a little bit how to figure out the following: when I pull all lists from a SP site, I can have a list like this:

List 1

List 2

List 3

List 1_backup

List 4

List_4 backup

If List 1 has a List_1 backup, I want to update that backup list if something changes in List 1. If a new list has been created and doesn’t have a backup list, I want to create a new backup list. In my example, I would need to create List 2_backup and List 3_backup.

Could someone point me in the right direction how to accomplish the check if a list has a backup list and if it doesn’t, create one? Have been struggling with this blocker for 2 days already ☹
