Is it possible to check/trigger flow when the file was downloaded from SharePoint?

The trigger "when a file is downloaded from SharePoint" or a function to check if a file was downloaded from SharePoint is not supported in microsoft flow currently,

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
