Cognito forms and approval actions

I am building an approval Flow that is triggered by a Cognito Forms submission. The Flow works for the approval process and the notifications created, however it does not update the entry in Cognito as being Complete. Is there any way that the Flow can update the submission to complete in Cognito. If there is not a way to automate the submission, is there a way to capture a list of the approvals/denials?

Hi @Boz1,

Unfortunately, there is no way to update the Cognito entity in Flow currently. This is a similar idea created in IDEA forum, you can head to it and vote it, maybe it will become true in the future:

Hi

Does not look like the built in actions can do much except for create another form.

You could use a basic sharepoint list with the create item action in flow to store your approval results.
