Good morning all,
I am trying to create a flow that will collect an employee Id number (not the normal ID) on one SharePoint site and populate on another.
We have a list that holds all the employee's information, we are creating another list that on another SharePoint site that needs this employee ID number, the employee as a person picker is on both sites, so persons email is possible as an Identifier.
So far I have gone down the route of when an item is created on list 1, get items from employee list...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Edd
Hi @Edd-Keogh ,
I've made a test for your reference:
1\My Lists
2\My flow
3\Result

Hey @v-bofeng-msft
Thank you so much for this, I tried and tried but for some reason I kept getting an error where it said the people names (from people picker) and email addresses were not a valid search point.
I managed to get it working, didn't need the filter query.
I used this after get items:
Once again thank you very much, with out what you gave me, I would have been still going at it!
Edd
