Collection including images from power apps to SP document library

I have a Power App to save images and text.  The intent is to be able to do site inspections in the field rather than have to come back and type a report up.  I make a collection in Power Apps and pass that to a SP document library.  It works but only the image and image name come across.  The job number and notes do not.

So I added a step to update the file properties however that overwrites the last entry.  I feel llike I am missing something so obvious but I have watched too many videos and been down too many rabbit holes to work this out.  Hope you can help.

So, I need to populate the document library with the image, the URL, the job number and notes.  The job number will be the same for a set of images and notes.

What does 'overwrites the last entry' mean?

Could you please share the details of flow run history to help us investigate the issue?

Hi, sorry for the slow response.  I decided to go with a form, attachments and send via email so I will no longer be trying to get this to work.  Thank you for taking the time to respond though.
