Compare Datetime error for Get Rows Filter

I am using a SQL Get Rows action that connects to an on premise SQL instance.


I have the filter set up like this:



This results in the error:




Any idea on why i am getting this error and what the best way to compare datetime is?

Could you please explain a bit for the Odata Query formula, why adding the minutes () function after the day function?

I tested it from my side (on premise SQL Server) and it works:
