Compare fields from two different entities

Hello,

I have an issue with a flow that holds multiple conditions in an apply to each action.

In this flow, I have a condition that holds multiple values from dynamic contents either from two different entities that we should check on before taking any actions.

Entity1.PNGEntity1

Entity2.PNGEntity2

Unfortunately, the condition always returns false as a result knowing that the selected conditions and their values are equals in both entities.

Apply to each.PNGApply to each1.PNG

What I am doing wrong?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Re: Compare fields from two different entities

Hi @Julien2 , Try to log  (compose) value just before the condition section ,for each of the fields that you using in condition. this will help in analysis.

Re: Compare fields from two different entities

Hi @Julien2 ,

What type of field do you configure in Condition?

Only when the type of these fields is Text, is equal to can be used to determine whether the field value is as expected.

Re: Compare fields from two different entities

Hello @v-bacao-msft  and @DeepakS ,

I have already tried to use Compose action before the condition to trigger the values from the sub-grid, as a result, I couldn't achieve it.

Since I will not be able to pull data from sub-grids I have changed the type of these fields to option set so I will be able to get the labels of these fields in dynamic content.

Besides, I have created 2 different groups of "AND" condition for each entity, as a result, the first row always return false but the second return true where both rows should be true because all the labels are matching in both entities.

Please take a look at the below flow and entities screenshots:

Captre.PNGEntity1Capture.PNGEntity2Apply to each1.PNGApply to each2.PNGCondition.PNG

As we see the Country,ServicesI, ServicesII values are the same in both entities, so why it returns false the expression result?

Looking to hear from you.

Thank you!
