All,
I have a flow that is collecting PowerApps data and exporting it into an excel file that is located in a internal SharePoint site for each user.
Now I have a SharePoint account with full permission, So I would like to merge all the data from these files into one excel file in another SharePoint location.
Is this possible?

If you want to merge multi files into single one excel file, I am afraid that there is no out-of-the-box trigger or action can monitor multiple files in one flow.
As an alternative solution, I think the Power Query could help you solve this issue:
