Condition checking start of Subject always returning false

I've built a flow that triggers on a new email.  I'm then trying to act based on the Subject.  The ComposeSubject is the latest attempt to try and get the condition to succeed.  Prior, the Condition simply referenced the Outlook Subject as oposed to the Output from the Compose action.

I don't need a wildcard like an asteriks at the end of the text, do I?  Isn't that the whole point of "Starts With"?

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on my, the letters and case match from the Subject and Compose lines but the condition doesn't want to come back True.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tim

Re: Condition checking start of Subject always returning false

Hi @TimVanV ,

Try without the quotes in your string comparison value. That means change 'New Hire Notice' to New Hire Notice. Change all the conditional values like that. I did tried and it did worked for me.

If this answer is useful please accept this as solution.

Thanks
