Condition not working as intended

Hi

I have a 'get items' with a filter query.

I then initialise a variable to count the number of items that were collected after the filter.

I then have a condition whereby if there is only one result, update the list, if there is less, create an item.

However in the case that there is only one result... it chooses to create an item?

I'm very confused.

I've attached photos.

@CameronTCD

Since you are using it as a String and not an INT, put it in quotes.
