Condition to check if Forms-respondent is from approved sharepoint-list

Hi!

I  have users who submit data to a sharepoint-list through forms (Flow A). I only want data from respondents who are on a list of approved people. This works like this: You sign up through forms, and your email and user then ends up in the "approved respondent" -sharepoint-list. This list also contains additional data about the user, and this data is picked up in Flow A, when a user submits  new data.

Flow A works fine, but I need to add a step where responses from people who are NOT on the "approved respondents"-list get an email saying: " You need to register through this form, before you can submit data"

Flow without condition:

I tried to set it up like this, But that resulted in a 17hour run-time that i had to terminate.

Re: Condition to check if Forms-respondent is from approved sharepoint-list

Hi @Biccbacc ,

It seems you can try the following configuration. First, use Filter Query to filter the items, and then use the length() function to determine whether there are eligible items.

If so, traverse the eligible items and perform the corresponding operation. If not, send email notification.
