Conditionally pulling data from one SharePoint spreadsheet to another

Hi all

I have a list of questions which are categorized as either Key (K), High (H), Low (L) or Very Low (VL) in an Excel spreadsheet hosted on SharePoint. I want to be able to use Flow to pull a specific cell from every row which is categorized as K, and add this data as a new row to another Excel spreadsheet hosted on SharePoint. What is the best approach to achieve this?

Thanks

Steve

Hi @TTMan ,

You could refer to this article for more details about Filter Query:

If you want to use the fields contained in the table to filter records, you need to ensure that there are no spaces in the specified field name. Like:

Hi @TTMan ,

First you need to create a table in the Excel sheet, and the data is stored in this table, then we can use the functions in MS Flow to get the data.

If the above conditions are true, then you can use List rows in a present table action to get rows. And use Filter Query to filter the specified category.

Or you can use Condition directly to determine whether the current category is the expected one. If it is, use Add a row into a table action to add the current row to other Excel files, provided that the excel file has also defined a table.

Can you please advise how one would write an ODATA query to return only results from a Table where the column named "Classification" is equal to "K"? I tried using a condition and Add row, but unfortunately it was not returning all of the results I required (although everything it did return was accurate).
