Conditionally update an Excel row from a Form

Sorry for any duplicate, but I haven't found anything documenting this yet (could be mental exhaustion from 10+ full days of power automate setups).

We have a form that adds a row to an excel document in OneDrive. Works great.

We have a form that is designed to update a row from that exact same excel document with any changes to questions they may need to change.

Question: How can I only update the excel cells that are submitted/changed from the update form? The form is 100 questions, and our workflow doesn't require them to fill in every 100 questions again just to update a response from one or two questions.

Edit: I am currently dumping the update form's responses into a separate excel table so i could Get the data from that table.

Re: Conditionally update an Excel row from a Form

Hi @jmwinters ,

The trigger "When a response is updated" of Microsoft form connector is not supported in Microsoft flow currently, so I'm afraid that there is no any way to update the row with the updated form response.

If you want to update only one column in a row with many columns, you could leave the other columns blank.

Best regards,

Alice
