Conditions failing with this message: ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

Hi Guys,

I have a flow which has been working fine based on conditons and leaidng to certain approvers (updating a sharepoint list). Today when testing i am getting failed conditions with the message ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded. I have not changed anything but the bizarre thing is the flow carrys on until failing at the next condition then stops.

Does anyone know why this is? Or could help me resolve my issue?

Did the Flow generate any errors?  If so, can you post a screen shot of the errors?  Also, can you post a screen shot from the run history of one of the runs that had this issue?

Hi Scott,

No errors, only when i test does it fail. I have tried to trouble shoot it and still failing. I can’t seem to upload a screen shot or image which is odd!
