I want to set up a flow so that it emails different groups of people depending on the selection in one drop down box. Is this possible within one workflow? Can i do that within one condition ie if A is selected email person 1, 2 and 3; if B is selected email person 4,5 and 6. Or do i have to use different flows?

Thanks

Carolyn

Re: Conditions

Of course you can do this within one flow. Either use coditions or a switch to make the choice of which people to email. You could even store the people that you want to list in fro example a SharePoint list. So that the list tells you whcih people to email depending on the value in your drop down.

Re: Conditions

Hi @CDJ1,

Could you create the flow to achieve your needs according to @Pieter_Veenstra's suggestions?

I have made a test on my side have have created a choice type column in my sharepoint list as below:

You could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

Best regards,
