Connecting Project Roadmap to MS Planner

Creating a flow that will capture any tasks created in MS Planner to be captured in Project Roadmap. Halfway through the flow and getting the following error:

ExpressionEvaluationFailed. The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@outputs('List_records')?['body/value']' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

Looking further into this I found the following:

Principal user (Id=88c2effb-030b-ea11-a811-000d3a5694eb, type=8, roleCount=4, privilegeCount=925, accessMode=0), is missing prvReadmsdyn_roadmap privilege (Id=c87433a4-9005-4a7b-98ad-f89c54f8f8f0) on OTC=10028 for entity 'msdyn_roadmap'. context.Caller=88c2effb-030b-ea11-a811-000d3a5694eb. Or identityUser.SystemUserId=12171f97-5c72-43a6-8853-442ab6a482bb, identityUser.Privileges.Count=3334, identityUser.Roles.Count=0 is missing prvReadmsdyn_roadmap privilege (Id=c87433a4-9005-4a7b-98ad-f89c54f8f8f0) on OTC=10028 for entity 'msdyn_roadmap'.

Re: Connecting Project Roadmap to MS Planner

Hi @Anton9255,

Looks like a CDS permission issue. You don't have privileges to the Roadmap entity.

My guess is that you don't have the correct licensing.

Having just the Project Plan 3 or 5 does not provide entitlements to build standalone Power Apps or Power Automate against Project for Web data that sits in Common Data Service.

You'll need a Power Automate license in this scenario if you don't already have.

You'll also want to confirm that you have a CDS security role that has read/write permissions to the appropriate Roadmap and related entities.
