Consolidated mails from Excel

Hello @abm 

I am trying to send consolidated mails from excel using power automate.

I am attaching screen shot of the sample data for your reference.:

In the above example I am trying to send the consolidated mails owner of each email id containing information related to each transaction placed.

For eg: Adarsh should receive 2 separate mails, one containing details of 'Purchase' transaction and another containing details of 'SIP' Transaction.

It would be great if you could help me out by telling how can I do this using Power Automate.

Hi @Adarsh23 

Couple of things to do here.

1. Use the filter to get unique Transaction names.

2. Use the filter to get unique Emails.

3. Iterate each Transaction

4. Iterate each email

5. Filter Excel sheet by Transaction and Email

6. Create HTML Table

7. Send Email

8. Close loop step 4

9.  Close loop step 3

Follow the steps above.

i have been trying to get a solution for this scenario (consolidate rows from excel & send html table to individual user/s)  since ages. After several attempts had to drop it.

It will be super helpful if you can pls share the steps as flow screenshots.
