Convert Excel with Dynamics Content to PDF

Hi,

I have an excel document from Dynamics with some data.

At the time I open the document in excel, a graphic is displayed and shown based on the data in the excel document.

Now, I would like to convert this document to a PDF.

I can do that with flow but the result of that conversion is that my dynamically created/calculated graphic is shown as blank/white.

Is there a way how we could do such a conversion out of the box with flow/power automate?

Best regards,

Ludwig

Re: Convert Excel with Dynamics Content to PDF

Hi @lreinhard7 ,

This requirement cannot be achieved through the Convert file action included in the OneDrive connector.

It can only convert existing content. If it is dynamically changing, it does not currently support such a feature.

Please try using the convert file action included in other connectors.

For example, the connector contained in the following figure:

Re: Convert Excel with Dynamics Content to PDF

Hi,

I tried the third converter but it did not work either.

Not sure if the others will do the job.

I should give it a try.

Many thanks for the feedback.
