Convert File to PDF Error

Hi,

I am creating a flow where once a list item is created in sharepoint it emails a group of people letting them know a list item has been created.

As part of the email I want to attache the list item as a pdf to the email.

I am reading many different ways to do this, but each method I try doesn't seem to work for me.

My current flow is as per below.  But as you can see the convert item always errors out.

The flow creates a file, then is supposed to convert it to pdf.  Once it is converted to pdf it will then be picked up to attach on an email.

Please assist with the converting of the file.

Re: Convert File to PDF Error

You are getting a file not found in the convert correct? Please try to check if from the above step you have any file id, or identifier from the create file 1

Re: Convert File to PDF Error

@SunnyJess  If you check the tooltip for the box where you have inserted the dynamic content for the name, it says "The unique identifier of the file" . If you go to the dynamic content, you have one option "Id" that says more or less the same thing.

Use that option.

Please mark with solution delivered if this helps your issue.
