Convert Sharepoint Online List to single document

Hi! I would like to pick your brains about converting a SharePoint Online list to a single document, preferably PDF format.

We have a SharePoint list with columns like City, Name, Office (simplified for the example). Now we want to publish a document every week with the following content:

City A

Name 1, Office 1

Name 2, Office 2

City B

Name 3, Office 3

Name 4, Office 4

Name 5, Office 5

City C

Name 6, Office 6

Etc.

Is this manageable with Flow? Any help is appreciated!

Hi @RobinHz ,

It seems difficult to configure such a format, but using an HTML table to display the data contained in the list is relatively simple, this is also a good choice.

After creating the HTML table, use the Create file action to create the HTML file, and use the body output by the Html action as the file content.

Finally, convert the newly created HTML file into a PDF file.

Hi @RobinHz

You can use the compose action and build a table and then convert it to PDF.

Here's an example:

Thank you, I'll try out the solution and will mark it as Solved once I made a working. flow.

Thank you! I will try that one out. The other solution was good for creating a single document based on a single record, but not what I have in mind.

Thank you Jay, that example will really enable me to perform this task!
