Convert Word to PDF with dynamic Repeating Rows

I am using the MS Word Online Connector in Flow so I can use it to covert the Word to PDF from PowerApps. Now this Word needs to have dynamic repeating rows.  In my PowerApps there could be from 1 row up to 30 rows filled out by users then I want to save the row data to a word then convert to PDF using Flow.

My question is how do I build this Word Template? Any one has instructions? Or point me to right directions? I know it has to do with Repeating Section Content Control, but I am still not sure how do it exactly. Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

I suggest you use the 'Populate a Microsoft Word template' action here.

For more details about 'Populate a Microsoft Word template', please take a reference:

Yes,i will be using 'Populate a Microsoft Word template' action here. But in my PowerApps, End Users might be adding anywhere from 2 rows to 20 rows inside a table. So i want to be able to populate Word Template accordingly to be able to have the dynamic repeating rows.

any solutions or guide?

also when I add Content Control in MS Word, and then when I use the Populate to Word Online connector, the sequence of filling out the Content is all out of order. Why is it not in order from top to bottom?

I'm curious if you ever figured this out?

heck no.... pretty disappointed on Microsoft's support in this.

I found this: https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/intermediate-flow-of-the-week-create-pdf-invoices-using-word-t...

But I only got it to work briefly once. Now I'm struggling to get it functioning again... classic stuff here
