Convert to PDF Failing - File too large

Hi All,

I recently put in place a workflow that automates the conversion of a document to PDF. It is working well, except in cases with a very large document (e.g. 110 pages).

For background, I am using this approach (create temporary file in OneDrive and then move it over to SharePoint Library)

https://www.breadcrumbdigital.com.au/using-flow-to-convert-word-documents-to-pdfs-in-just-six-easy-s...

https://wonderlaura.com/2019/07/17/powerapps-flow-convert-to-pdf/

The error is as follows:

ErrorCode: WordInputFileSizeTooLarge\r\nIsExpectedFailure: True\r\nErrorCategory: NotSupported

Anyone have any insight into this? Is there anything that can be done, or would I have to look at one of the third party actions to convert to PDF?

Thanks!

Re: Convert to PDF Failing - File too large

Hi @donAlto ,

According to the error message, the current File size has exceeded the limit and the native feature does not support it.

I am afraid you need to use other connectors to achieve your needs. such as:

Please take a try.
