Converted TimeZone Time Sometimes Incorrect

I have a flow that sends notification emails that include a start time and an end time for a request. At the beginning of the flow, I am using the convert time zone action to ensure that these times are in pacific time. All of my users are in pacific time and the region for the sharepoint site where the requests are being stored is also in pacific time. Despite this, ocassionally there is an email sent out that displays the time incorrectly. When this happens, the time displayed in the email is usually one hour ealier than the actual start time/ end time in the request. Below is a screenshot of the flow:

Any suggestions as to how configure this flow so that the start time/end time is always displayed correctly in the email that is sent?

Re: Converted TimeZone Time Sometimes Incorrect

Hi @CLS720 ,

Please try the following methods to improve this situation.

  • First add StartDate time to an hour using addHours() function.
  • Then convert StartDate that has been added for an hour, and use this time as a start time for a request.

EndDate does the same thing, please take a try.
