Converted time has same result regardless of time zone (SharePoint Event Start/End Times)

Hi. I'm stuck.

My Flow is triggered when an item is created in SharePoint, in this case, a calendar event.

My SharePoint regional settings are set to Eastern Time.

I was under the impression, everything Flow got was in UTC, so I've attempted to convert from UTC to Eastern in the Flow. This didn't give me my local time, so I tried changing the source time zone in "Convert Time" and found that I receive the same result regardless.

Is this affected by these being All-Day events?

Edit: I've confirmed that All-Day Events are the cause and have disabled them as a workaround. It'd still be good to know how to work with All-Day Events though.

This is the text I get if using "Start Time" and "End Time" directly, without any conversion.

I have made a test on my side, the same issue occured to me.

Regardless whatever the time zone I selected, converting time has same result.

I will raise the issue to the MS team.
