Converting JSON to a CSV file

Very much a novice at this - I am doing a HTTP call that returns in JSON. I need to take the JSON data and convert it to a CSV file and then email the CSV file. I've been stuck on this problem for a while now and am looking for some assistance - this is as far as I can get:

Unfortunately this feature would be simple using Azure Logic Apps, however..

You could write this data to a excel spreadsheet, which can be used as a CSV.

You will still need to map each piece to the sheet though.
