Converting Microsoft form to Word Doc using JSON and Plumsail

I am trying to build a flow where a Microsoft Form is converted to a Word doc using Plumsail documents.

I am a novice with coding.  I have got this far but I have this message 'Enter a valid JSON'

Could someone work out what the error is.

Thank you

Hello @KateWilson2116 ,
