Converting sharepoint list into separate columns in HTML table

Hi all,

My work currently tracks the % of time employee spend working on certain projects across the business via powerapps.  When an employee enters their time through the app, a new record is created in a sharepoint list.  This all works fine.  However, we want to be able to a summary of the data to the various project managers via flow.  The main issue I would like to try and resolve is to convert our sharepoint list into a HTML table by splitting out the time for each month into a separate column.

Basically I want to convert a sharepoint list like this:

NameProjectMonth% of Time
BobProject AJul 202025
BobProject BJul 202075
JaneProject AJul 2020100
BobProject AAug 202035
BobProject BAug 202065
JaneProject AAug 202015
JaneProject BAug 202085

to separate tables like this:

Project A

NameJul 2020Aug 2020
Bob2535
Jane10015

Project B

NameJul 2020Aug 2020
Bob7565
Jane 85

Is this possible?

Thanks

Yes. Projects are maintained on a separate list and are accessed via a look up.

Re: Converting sharepoint list into separate columns in HTML table

Hi @Kruchiver

I simulated this flow and lists in my environment find below detailed steps:

Your flow trigger will be manual , First step will be Get Items from your Projects List as below:

Then call Apply_to_each action on the results of the Get Items to Get Items from the Second Main List here filtered by Project as below:

Add Filter Query to retrieve only the current Project in the loop records as below:

Then call create HTML Table as below, where input is GetItems 2

Test and run your flow and it will show as below:

Re: Converting sharepoint list into separate columns in HTML table

Hi thanks for your reply, but this is not the solution I was after.  What I am attempting to do is flatten out the results so that the months appear in their own column and that the employee name only appears once in the rows. Like this:

NameJul 2020Aug 2020
Bob2525
Jane100100

Thanks
