Copy Files from Sharepoint to PC- no flow error but not saving file

I am using the Power Automate template - Copy files from Sharepoint to PC- and am having issues getting the file to save. It is currently running "successfully" but the file is not getting moved into the local folder. I'm using a admin account credentials, have a gateway that is actively used in Power BI, so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong.

I used the folder path picker to enter the folder path into the flow.

For the connection, my username is domain\username verified by whoami in cmd.

Currently I have the root folder at a higher level than the destination folder, but I've tried having the root folder match the destination folder with the same results.

Please help!

Does the flow work if you try and the "List files in folder" action?

Strange how you aren't getting any errors.

A simple manually triggered flow with 'list files in folder' was successful.

What type of On-Premise data gateway has been installed?

On-premises data gateway (personal mode): Allows one user to connect to data sources and can’t be shared with others. An on-premises data gateway (personal mode) can be used only with Power BI.

"Currently, Microsoft actively supports only the last six releases of the on-premises data gateway. We release a new update for data gateways every month."

We have a Standard mode gateway installed, and I'm able to select it from the dropdown.

Can you perform a simple operation like Rename File, Delete File and Copy File action in that folder?

This is to check that create (through a copy action), read, write, and delete operations work on that folder, if not we want to generate an error response of some type.

When setting up a 'rename file' action, the files that I've tried to move over and can't see are appearing in the file list!

Do you know why I can't see them on my PC?

Can you post the Output of these actions.

Do the file create and file rename actions complete successfully?

I did a 'rename' and it completed successfully, but I still see nothing in that file folder.

As you have shown, the flow is successful, but you do not see the files in Windows Explorer. It's as if the files are being saved somewhere else?

I can only suggest creating a new connection pointing to a different folder location and testing.
