I currently have a shared Google drive with a particular Excel file that I want to automatically copy into a OneDrive-for-Business folder on a scheduled basis.
How/is this possible?

have you already checked out the "Templates" within Power Automate on the left side panel?
There are two templates, that maybe accomplish what you are looking for:
Just use the search bar within the templates and look for "google drive".
