Copy file from one folder to spcific folder

Hello,

There is sernario that I need to copy file from one folder to a special folder, but there has to be a matching relationship in this case.

For instance, the relation is:

- SO 1,2,3 shared invoice 111

- SO 4,5,6,7 is invoice 222

- SO 8,9,10,11,12 shared invoice 333.  

Now I have IV 111, 222, 333 in one folder already and created folder 1-12, need to:

- copy 111 to folder 1, 2, 3

- copy 222 to folder 4, 5, 6, 7

- copy 333 to folder 8,9,10,11,12

Is there any possibilty to bulid to flow of this kind of sernario ?

LEts see I understood your requirements:

So all files 111, 222, 333 are created in the same folder? If so, how we can identify a file is of type 111, 222 or 333? By means of the filename?

Hi,

Yes, file 111, 222, 333 are created in one folder, named as 111, 222, 333 (this should be the variables in the real cases)

Now I just need to cpoy these files to the right folder follow by the relationship in the excel. 

desitnation folder is named as SO#, and invoice file is named as the value in column B.

Do you want to copy the file based on the excel table and the excel table content would be modifed? 

Have you created table to the excel file?

Or does the excel table would never be updated, and the content would always be as below?

- copy 111 to folder 1, 2, 3

- copy 222 to folder 4, 5, 6, 7

- copy 333 to folder 8,9,10,11,12

Where is the excel files saved in? OneDrive or sharepoint library?

Yes, I want to copy the file based on the excel table, they won`t be modified once the excel file is put on the onedrive.

Have you created table to the excel file?

Yes, excel is formated as table, I know that, flow only read table format.

Where is the excel files saved in? OneDrive or sharepoint library?

The excel file is saved in onedrive.
