Copy files to mutiple team site base on specific time and Metadata (columns)

Hi Everyone,

I want to Copy files (that are created or modified today) to multiple team site base on specific time and Metadata (columns).

Prevent the flow going through all old files again (thousands of files)

I create a daily recurrence at specific time daily.

I did a filter query base on Modified and Metadata column as below to filter out eligible file

Modified eq addDays(utcNow(),0,'yyyy-MM-dd') and metadatacol eq 'WCTC'

error detail: The expression "Modified eq 2020-08-21 and metadatacol eq 'WCTC' and " is not valid. Creating query failed.

I just want to copy the latest 1 day ago or 24hr files to different team site as I doing it everyday. instead of getting the flow to go through all other files that are more than 1 days old.
