Copy items from O365 SP List to SP 2010 On-Premises List with Flow

We need to copy items (filtered with ODATA Filter string in Get Items step) from our Office 365 SharePoint Online list to the old On-Premises SharePoint 2010 list

do we need to install an "On-premises data gateway" on the SP 2010 server in order to connect to the old list?

Or is there an easier way?

thanks for your help,

in that case where Flow cannot do the task, we'll have to use a scheduled PowerShell script to copy the items...

Re: Copy items from O365 SP List to SP 2010 On-Premises List with Flow

Hi @livingstonep ,

Right, if you want to connect to On-Premises data sources, you need to use On-premises data gateway.

For the installation and configuration of the Gateway, please refer to the Online doc:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/gateway-manage

But it's worth noting that MS Flow seems to be unable to create a connection with SharePoint 2010 server. MS Flow can currently connect to an on-premises SharePoint 2013 or 2016 farm using the On-Premises Data Gateway to manage documents and list items.

Please check this link and see more details about the SharePoint connector:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sharepointonline/

Hi @livingstonep ,

Use a scheduled PowerShell script would be a good choice.
