Copy multi-line text column to managed metadatas column

Hi !

I have a column (multi-line text) that contains terms (term store) separated by ";".
I want to copy this column into a real managed metadata column.
How can I do this, please?

From this blog we know that it allows you to select a particular value to always use when the item is created. On the other hand, you can also choose to use the output from another item by selecting the Value property of that item.

I can't copy a managed metadata text field. He's giving me a formatting error.
