Copy multi-line text column to managed metadatas column

I have a column (multi-line text) that contains terms (term store) separated by ";".
I want to copy this column into a real managed metadata column.
How can I do this, please?

Could you please share a bit more about your SharePoint list?

How do you create your Metadata column in your SharePoint list? Use a managed team set or customize your term set?

Further, do you want to copy Multiple lines of text values of all items into corresponding Metadata column?

I have made a test on my side, I afraid that there is no way to update Metadata column in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
