Hi,
I like to create a flow to copy a new created private appointment from my O365 business calendar to my personal calendar outside O365. Is there a way to trigger the Private appointment selection so I can setup such a condition?
Regards, Marcel
Hi @MSnieder,
Do you want to copy the private appointment from O365 calendar to your personal calendar when the new appointment is created?
Further, could you please show a bit more about your personal calendar?
I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. Please take a try with the following workaround:
The flow works successfully as below:
Besides, you can also create the flow using "Google Calendar to Office 365 Calendar" template as a reference.
Best regards,
Kris
Hi @v-xida-msft,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately that is not the resolution to my issue because I do not like to have all my business appointments into my personal calendar.
A bit more detail about how I work with my business calendar:
Every time I create a personal appointment in my business calendar I mark that as Private by below button. When marked Private my colleagues see if I am available or not, and the content is visble to me only.
Now I like Flow to copy only every new event which is marked as Private to my personal Outlook.com calendar, so people I do share my personal calendar with can see those events and I do not have to maintain 2 calendars. I hope you have a solution for that too.
Best regards,
Marcel
Hi,
Did you find a solution to this? I'm looking to do the exact same thing!
Seems the sensitivity attribute (holds the Private status) is not available from flow:
Oh well! That's a bit annoying.
